C-Hawk Technology has announced significant expansions in Southeast Asia, opening new manufacturing facilities in Johor Baru, Malaysia, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This strategic move aims to enhance the company’s production capabilities for the semiconductor and health imaging sectors, allowing for localized manufacturing that improves supply chain resilience and accelerates time-to-market amid rising global demand for advanced semiconductor solutions.
The new 200,000-square-foot facility in Malaysia will focus on precision plastics and cleanroom assembly, while the 96,000-square-foot site in Vietnam will specialize in contract manufacturing of complex modules and ultra-high-purity welding for semiconductor systems. These expansions not only increase C-Hawk’s manufacturing capacity but also diversify its operations across Southeast Asia, positioning the company to better support its customers in the semiconductor industry.
For market professionals, C-Hawk’s investment underscores the growing importance of Southeast Asia in the global semiconductor supply chain, highlighting potential opportunities for companies involved in semiconductor manufacturing and related sectors.
